View Details
AQRA Advanced Quantitative Risk Analysis Software

AQRA Advanced Quantitative Risk Analysis Software

We carry an assessment from source term through dispersion and consequence to risk contours in one environment, so the assumptions travel with the analysis and any contour traces back to the release behind it.

View Details
Process Hazard Analysis Fundamentals

Process Hazard Analysis Fundamentals

The people who do the work

We chair every study with an engineer who has designed or operated the kind of plant being assessed, and we staff these disciplines directly rather than subcontract them. What we are willing to take on is decided by who is on the bench.

Process Safety Engineering

Our process safety engineers came from operating and design roles before they ever chaired a study, so they read a plant as it behaves rather than as the method describes it. They lead HAZOP, HAZID, what if and checklist studies, and carry findings through LOPA, SIL determination and management of change, working to CCPS Risk Based Process Safety and OSHA PSM.

Organisation’s Vision and Mission

Vision

A world where industry grows without borrowing against the safety of the people who run it, the communities that live beside it, or the generations who inherit it.

Mission

To raise the standard of care with which industry is designed, operated and governed, so that the communities it sits among are safer for its presence and the knowledge to keep them so is held widely rather than owned narrowly.

Asharam, Director of Arborion Global

A word from the director

“Across every growing market, process capacity is being built faster than the judgement needed to operate it. Capital moves in months while competence takes years, and major accidents are made in the distance between the two. Closing that distance, in whichever country the plant stands, is the work I set Arborion to do. Process Safety Management is not a document set. It is governance. It carries a board’s intent down to the valve on the plant, and it carries the true condition of that plant back up to the board without softening on the way. So we build the instruments of that governance ourselves, chairing the studies and writing the software that records them. Artificial intelligence, and in time general intelligence, will take the arithmetic and the pattern finding. A model may propose a safeguard, but only a competent engineer can credit one. We will adopt every tool that sharpens judgement. My measure is plain. The plants we assess must be demonstrably safer and more sustainable even after we leave. Capability that departs with the consultant was never capability. If you are building that judgement inside your own organisation, write to me and we will talk it through properly.”
